Bookings
Rentals are generally for a minimum period of one week (Friday to Friday) during the peak months but weekend breaks may be available at times throughout the year especially between September and March.
The rental price includes all electricity and gas (small supplement in winter months).
We also provide duvets, all linen and towels (beds made up for you before your arrival), along with cleaning materials, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, hand wash, shower gel, loo paper, kitchen towels etc.

A non-returnable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking, and the balance should be paid by cheque made out to Mrs. K Barr, at least four weeks before the start of your holiday.
We are sorry but we do not have the facilities to accept Credit Cards. If you have a PayPal account you can use this to pay, once you have made your booking with us. Click the link below, enter the amount to pay and put in your name, address and booking dates where it says "details for merchant".
Before you arrive we will contact you to finalise arrangements for your arrival and find out if you have any special wants that we can help with.
We will meet you on the day of your arrival to hand over the keys and show you round. Checkout is by 10.00 am on your departure date (to enable us to make the Apple House available for the next guests).
We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover unforseen contingencies (for instance if for reasons beyond our control we have to cancel - or if you have to pull out once you have booked).
